Yea it's still pretty bad because they're doing everything to not pay people properly but oh well. It's the kinda job that you just leave instead of trying to fix anything.
Basically they're skirting the law in such a way as to not pay: overtime, night hours, holiday pay or any other mandated pay additions.
Wish I've had enough time, money and will to fuck someone like that over in court though, would feel fantastic.
