I definitely feel worse whenever I do that, mostly it's mental though, if I was fine with wasting as much time as humanly possible I wouldn't.
It's mostly because I have a deep rooted belief that whenever you sleep you absolutely need to get REM sleep otherwise it's not useful at all (it probably might be but yaknow)
