update: I just talked to a t. knower and they told me they honestly just recommend me seeking privatized care and pay the big boy bucks for an evaluation and then pay for medicine privately. I could afford a week trip to glorious Japan or a new top end PC that I will not play video games on for the same price- Tough decisions... I think I will do.... nothing!
