Primarily that your situation won't ever change unless you will it to be so. Nobody can come save you nor can they fix you.
I will however disregard this and simply wait for someone just as bad as me to come save me in an effort to make herself feel better about her situation, because mine is more pitiable

Thinking about it, that is part of why I liked Goodnight Punpun as well.
