I think honest hearts is the best out of all DLCs so you're not missing that much. Actually lonesome road is the worst of all of them IMO, unless you really like getting talked at, with mostly not very sound philosophy too.
Personally I'm pretty excited for Lionheart, it's a nice RPG, very old though so kinda jank in comparison to nowadays but I really liked it as a kid.
