>>81825I feel that I should also mention some of the benefits that I have experienced and what it was like prior.
First thing I've noticed is that I don't feel like shit. After climaxing I always felt like shit and guilty. This guilt was for several reasons, the main ones being of the nature that: jews produced it with the intention of using it to drain me of my willpower. They used real white women, which to me is just bad for countless reasons. Those women could have been mothers of white children. etc. The Net negative of the entire endeavor of porn is subconsciously tugging at me. So, it made me feel guilty. as it should.
So with that, I don't feel the emotional burden that comes with the PMO cycle.
I've noticed that I have more get up and go. It's easier to keep myself and my home clean, I just do it now as opposed to it being a weekly chore before.
It's generally easier to do anything that requires even a smidgen of willpower to do. Whereas before I would just sit and numbly stare at the wall, as the thoughts of what I SHOULD do cross my mind, and yet I wouldn't as if my body just wouldn't move, as if the mind to body connection wasn't there.
Getting out of bed early in the morning is less stressful and less of a challenge, I just don't feel so deeply tired and fatigued, even after a full nights rest.
It's become easier to focus on things like reading and mentally keeping track of chores and to-do's.
I feel more alive and alert throughout the day, this has also lead to increased attention from women as I don't look like I'm dead, and I'm generally more sociable now.
I just feel more contented overall at this point and life doesn't feel like such a hardship as it has in the past. It has become more "my life" than "things I have to do to reach the 'fun' part of my life". I am also more hopeful and don't feel such an overwhelming feeling of despair and anxiety.
