You bet it was. In this era I used to think Twilight fans were kind of arrogant and selfish. Her characher was hogging the show a bit. I didn't really get at first when her fans started to complain about her being pushed aside or her being nerfed/holding the idiot ball. Wasn't season 6 that I started to see where they were comming from.

I feel like they really kinda screwed with her characher during seasons 4 through 6. Twilight went from being OP to being barely competent at times. Always right to being awlays stupid. I laughed when Twily fans complained about her not using her horn laser or teleport away when she was surrouded (Leap of Fath anyone?). But more and more little momments like her having weird obtuse dialog or her being easily outsmarted that caused to actually take it seriously.

Haven't fully seen Season 7. (Dont worry. Seen the final, no worries of spoliers for me). But I have noticed her seeming more in characher this season.
