Well, if you think about it, both Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker convey a really appealing aesthetic. Not only because of the fact that if you use the negative effect on them, you get the same color combination of each other; but they also display those ethereal floating manes that stand out from the rest (especially Nightmare Moon)

Definitely. Hell, Lovebat or the Chrysalis disguise look angelic and too reserved in comparison with the one from there.

She gives vibes that she is going to tear you up with that knife. Not only evil but also the most zombie looking version of her. Her behavior and aspect combined create that unnerving sense of a patient who has been in a psychiatric hospital for a long period.

Following the steps of Dolores and she is displaying those bat wings during her teens (deepest lore)...now, everything makes sense for the "corrupted" mascot of this board.
