Woah, every time I forget about /endpone/ there is a huge explosion in activity. A new /NMAiE/? A rewatch project And now a splinter attempt from /mlp/ to /go
>>8921 >/pag/ - Pony Archival General in 4troon /mlp/ hopefully moving here or something. Usually trying to splinter like this don't work out, especially when seething, but of any place you (group of anons?) could have chosen, /go/ is actually a established place (and, shit, it really predates /pag/ by years doesn't it?) and does have it's own scattershot projects and archive attempts. I have always been a believer in concurrent efforts and don't think there is any need for one or the other to be rivals or anything.
>Endchan feels a bit like bloatware, albeit. Endchan, is a storied site with a long history. The software is pretty hacked and sometimes not fully functional with some broken and half finished features. It has vastly improved from the old days though.
Speaking of that, to any anons that may find their way over here, keep in mind /endpone/ is a long and storied board itself with its own culture and customs. They (we? I am a lurker who posts here sometimes) are pretty friendly to outsiders but there is some things that are very different from how other boards operate. Anons tend to coalesce around a few core threads and posting is more long form. There is a weird system where namefaging is still banned (outside of certain instances) but any anon who posts long enough will get a nickname because the conversations are a often a bit more personal and anons get to know each other. The place will be very slow one moment and than someone drops a 10.000 word fic or a very long review of some FiM Episode with lore speculations like it's 2012 with complete sincerity.
