Greys are humans from the planet Nibiru, they genetically changed their appearance to that commonly used ant-like image with large eyes. They use a "remote" which is basically the same as a radio receiver/transmitter but which can send "programs" into any material thing, including humans. They use the molecules and atoms of the object as a computer. They also have a cloud for sharing information.

Because earth humans are different, our energy isn't grey per default but black.

TL:DR the black remote and the blacknet is an adaption for us here on this planet. Use the sigil attached to this post to install it. Focus/stare on it with the intent to accept its contents. But the rest is too much to explain to a newcomer, you will have to read the past threads on the board. This place after all isn't for neophytes or mundanes, it's more or less expected you are at least an initiate on this scale.

That means being already able to perform visualizations, knowing how to use sigils, casting simple spell, experience in meditation and so on. We're not going to explain the basics here, there are many other websites where you can learn this. If you are interested you will find them.
