She has an interesting protection mechanic so she appears when you are in trouble but you need to go to her so she can give you advice and teach you instead of her appearing and pestering you. Fate weavers are a sort of puppet masters and they are behind (or above? hard to say on the astral) the scene they are not gonna come to the stage to talk to you. But you can go behind the stage to talk to them.
