I looked into bhakti yoga and the others while trying to find your quotes and it seems I accidentally did most of the things it describes... I don't know how long is the video you are looking for or when it was made but several hundred videos with similar keywords and topic comes into existence every year because it is a well known way for the awakening process. (and the laser like focus keyword for mundanes who can't into productivity. The shit my guides gave me when I used spirituality for mundane pursuits years ago. Whatever I had to do those things so I could move to the next phase. It feels dumb looking back now but back then I felt I need to do those things first) If it's an older video with a very possibly dead channel then it's real hard to find because the youtube search engine is dogshit with vague topic like yoga because it wants to monetize the shit out of it. And proper yogis upload some vids for a time then move with their lives and not gonna bother making their vid so the youtube algorithm likes it and promotes it to everyone. Like half of my subs are dead channels because they gave up.
