I wouldn't know anything about that. But the Arc de Triomphe is a horrible construct tied directly to the creation of the Moloch sun. It was "finished" by the symbolic adding of the unknown soldier's grave after WW1.

that the American civil war was entirely a sacrifice to Moloch, serving the purpose of rising this sun. It was the most disgusting act in modern days, enough to change history and create the nightmare world of today. It should never have happened and is directly against the historical progression as originally written by the maintenance deities of the planet. There should not have been an American civil war, a United States or any world wars. Humans created these all by themselves, and it was against the will of the gods. This is the reason they have all been destroyed, history will revert back to its correct course. Attempting these things is always futile in the end.
