I'll make my bed and sleep in it, if that's how the saying goes. But, back on topic for that premise. I think the idea of Luna (and Lincoln, if he goes with her) trying to sneak back in late at night all while her kids are sleeping, and eventually getting caught is kind of neat. I had an idea about how she would keep her rock career a secret instead of doing her usual flaunting because she thinks she'd be a bad influence on Lemy and Lyra. I've seen tons of fics were her kids are an afterthought to her career. Yet, I haven't seen anything about her being a "Secret" rock mom who puts her children first.
