I guess solo verse refers more to Lincoln ending up with only one girl instead of a bunch like some God. Then some of the pairings with more than one kid (Ronniecoln twins; Liena, Lyle, and Bed; Marla and Marcy; Lyra and Lemy) can still happen.

To young to have a real job? Although with how the lore has gone, any of the Loud kids can work at Lynn's Table if they need a job.

Personally, I think Lincoln can always bring in some scratch doing art commissions. If he's a comic artist without a publisher, transferable skill set.

Just an idea I had: Luna sells her guitar and other stuff for baby funds. Feels sad about it at first, but the pain ebbs with time. Fast forward a decade or more, Luna suddenly sees her very same guitar for same in a window or something and it reawakens her desire to perform. A decent starting port in a hypothetical story. Or a starting point for a timeskip after Lyra is born.
