I don't see this as a big problem, just variable family dynamics, because kids was constantly also divided into camps of "always loving" and "normal relationships". Lincoln is mostly attacked by those who can be described as "difficult teenagers". Lupa and Lyra, to depending on headcanons and circumstances, Lemy. This is basically a basic idea: children should not have absolutely the same attitude towards their parents. Plus, if we're going to talk about it, there are plenty of headcanons where Leia and/or Liby was positive toward Lincoln and negative towards their mothers. I also remember an old fic where Leni had trouble communicating with Liena due to her poor understanding of sign language.
