I agree with that one. Pat had others help with and make canonical and appropriate sense of his headcanons. This is one that needed it. I remember, maybe 1 or 2 threads ago, someone said that Gordon was made like a 90's black friend for a 90's mc like Arnold and Gerald, Vince and TJ, Doug and Skeeter. But, I think beyond being a skilled painter, Gordon didn't get a lot of depth, branching out and exploration beyond quick gags.

I almost forgot that part, sometimes the fandom (I guess myself included) followed and created headcanons that didn't evolve well or make alot of sense. I think it came from the idea that Loan was an eternal failqueen with no chance of regular interaction and life. No idea if that was a joke, one or a couple people's headcanons, or was serious. But, at the end of the day they took it as Loan can't function or grow.
