This sounds good. The first part sounds like a set up for what could be a very detailed backstory or a story in general.

For greentexts, drawings, headcanons, fandom canon, etc... I think the second part works well. Gabi is slowly but surely getting Loan to be more social, outgoing, independent than what she was originally going to stay as.

It sounds great how you have ideas on how they can interact outside of gaming and later as she gets her to open more, trying new activities going outside their regular assumed hobbies like hiking.

On the flipside. Loan could get Gabi better at gaming in general, (Gabi nearly beat her that one time, but Loan is a much better player overall playing games, leveling up, noticing patterns much faster than Gabi knows)

She also gets her into the idea of maintaining an online persona wildly different and away from her personal life. (Loan's online persona being a different name and having a completely different personality than her real life)

Good ideas so far. It's a slow expansion and development of Gabi, Loan's friend group and by extension Loan
