Catching adult mosquitos isn't very effective, you gotta hit the larval stages. There are expensive traps that work with scent and even CO2 to simulate a human, but results are mixed. We don't deploy those, not worth the cost. Sorry, but there's no short-time solution except fumigating everything which is probably verboten in Germany.

Most important is to eliminate any standing waterbodies as breeding grounds, no matter how small. Use BTi to kill larvae in ponds. Then deploy ovitraps that target the females laying eggs. Buckets of water with BTi but you gotta replace it regularly or you're breeding even more. I think I already sent you an instruction for building a more sophisticated ovitrap from the CDC.
