I'll take 90 with high humidity, I had ice packs in my pockets, fully drenched clothes, and there wasn't enough cooling, I was sapped in this. There's some mud on the ground that normally would dry in a day, it's been three days and it's still not dry, there's no capacity in the air.
Even then, 105F high humidity in the shade was bearable, in that sun it was like being baked alive. The wind did nothing.
Looking forward to next year where it is projected to be worse with a 94% chance.
