Don't get me started...
We had no problems with leaf curl disease because it was so dry and warm this spring (the fungus likes cool damp weather), but it was so dry that the peaches didn't really grow either. But the heat hit them less than most other fruit, especially apples who really suffered. I think one tree even died. Anyway, the few peaches are now the size of golf balls and rock hard. I never got them to ripen. The trees are small and don't really get bigger. So in principle they'd borderline grow here in a sheltered position, but not in our garden. Apricots are no problem, but peaches are frail.
