The perception of corruption from the human perspective changes over time.
Most teenagers feel the need to change all types of corruptions (in a naive way) for a new better system.
In contrast, most adults end up giving up on corruption and get used to it, they just keep the system running like brainless/soulless dads, they see corruption unavoidable.

We know how hard is to change corruption in the human minds, and we still try to change it (purification) in a benevolent way.

It took me a while to understand why bullies are allowed in schools.
One of the reasons is because teachers are incapable (don't have enough energy) to handle so many children at once. So, in an immoral way, the bullies work as an oppression force or repressive force that keep children in line. The bullies do the dirty work of causing fear, that fear helps to keep children averagely inactive, so the normal children cause less problems, therefore less work for the teachers.
