That being said I saw 8ch as a way of holding the floodgates back. like if a user could become aware of the major faults in 8ch they'd end up going to an alt chan at least in part, and if they couldn't they'd be a happy little frog over at 8ch. but now there's the other problem that any site that gets any traction with politically incorrect shit that isn't a complete shill honeypot operation is just going to get de-platformed by the larger tech apparatus.
