今晚在書局看到的,立即當場開架翻閱,看來是有些內容在的
如果我有慢性疲勞並且生理檢查皆無異樣的話,我很可能會借或買一本吧?

的確是有滿嚴重的慢性疲勞
最近工作完之後
幾乎都是倒頭就睡 最近都睡超過十幾個小時
醒來就工作 回家就睡
做甚麼事情幾乎都提不起禁
感覺真的有夠糟糕
就像一台工作機器一樣
生活毫無波瀾

Please refer to the title "The Stanford Method For Ultimate Super Recovery (English Language Not Guaranteed)" on Amazon. Unfortunately, this book now is only available in two languages (Japanese and Chinese).

So the name isn't just for marketing, he really is a Standford University fellow.
Makes it even more unfortunate that he'd work for a very prestigious American university, and not publish the book in English!
Time to go back to studying Japanese...

會影響到睡眠的原因很多
我建議先從飲食習慣改變起
然後少喝一點咖啡因成分太多的東西QQ
還是多運動吧 再累也要動一下!!!
