湖南图书馆监控读者翻墙，锁定手机号后全馆断网

7月21日，湖南图书馆发布公告称，近期有读者连接馆内公用Wi-Fi后，使用相关软件访问境外违规网站，相关行为被技术监测发现，并已被有关部门记录。

公告显示，馆方公布了三组涉事读者的脱敏手机号，并宣布自7月22日起暂停全馆公用Wi-Fi服务，开展整改。

公告还表示，今后如再次发现类似行为，将永久禁止相关手机号接入馆内公用Wi-Fi；情节严重的，将依法移交公安、网信等部门处理。

违规网站指的是啥含糊不清如果是指的反贼网站在中共看来确实违规的不能再违规
