2026年9月21日，网传曾因“处刑式虐猫”，被治安拘留的网红“杰克辣条”徐志辉，遭一名天津女子上门捅伤送入ICU，其父亲当场身亡，行凶女子随后跳楼身亡。

据说行凶女子是天津人，有精神疾病。在安徽阜阳蹲点半年，才找到杰克辣条。

截至目前，没有任何公安、官方媒体发布警情通报证实该事件，消息仅来源于社交平台网友口述、截图，属于网络传闻，真实性无法确认。

徐志辉，网名“杰克辣条”，曾是B站美食UP主，粉丝约40万，曾获“阜南好人”特别奖

2023年4月被曝“处刑式虐猫”，在阜南一小树林对猫实施极端残忍虐待，并拍摄视频分享至QQ群。

2023年4月27日被阜南县公安局依法治安拘留，账号全平台封禁，“阜南好人”称号被取消。
