习近平批党内有人随时准备“跳船”，要求地方换届防范“两面人”

10月15日，求是网刊出习近平今年1月12日在二十届中央纪委五次全会上的讲话主要内容。他批评一些干部口头上讲政治忠诚，实际上阳奉阴违，还有人“哪里有利益就往哪里钻，随时准备‘跳船’”。

习近平还批评，有的干部“对新时代中国特色社会主义思想合则用、不合则弃”。他要求在地方换届过程中识别、清理这些干部，不能让“两面人”、私字当头的人蒙混过关。
