我很不理解中央为啥还要每年给东北超过万亿的转移支付。壮士断腕、刀刃向内的勇气咋就不能用在东北人身上？要抓多少贪官才能凑出来10000亿？把东北的转移支付停掉，把钱留给广东的年轻人，让他们生孩子。
