Maybe there are infinite possible theories, but it doesn't mean that all theories are good, there are pretty crappy theories out there.
Well, from time to time, people find out that some theories/ideologies are better than others, but the change between theories (specially core ideas) is not that easy, it requires some effort/time and some people just stay on the known theory over a new one (that it is potentially (slightly) better).
We try to upgrade our ideas/theories if we find out a better one! We are not stuck in the past, like old religions are.

Theology is about talking the nature (characteristics/essence) of God.

We didn't talk enough yet of theologies that humans are created (or channeled), as we are creating our own theology; as theology is talking about ourselves (God's Community filled with gods in the present desires or future plans).
