That would probably just knock him out after two hours once the benzos kick in. I used to abuse benzos and get drunk myself when I was addicted many years ago. Glad I got off of them and won't touch them ever again.

best method is to not do it at all. go find an artistic outlet, go outside, and find a reason to live.

make sure the drop is 2 meters, (better to be safe than strangle yourself) then you're death will be instant. I'd recommend finding a tree and jumping off, If the drop is too long your head will pop off (still minimal pain though), too short and you'll strangle (a lot of pain).

I would continue to live but I have nowhere to stay with good people.
