Bunch of 'tists on this board anyway if you want to actually learn to draw just learn dividing by 3s, 3D and trapezoids as well as basic shapes like circles and basically that's all there is to art like anime in general. Practice by sketching some characters you like their poses of for character/style study practice to improve.
