Populations with higher IQ manufacture goods and create productive industry, have higher standards of living for average workers, strict but common sense law enforcement, strong border enforcement, governments will do what is best for their nation rather than neglect or cover-up serious problems, governments will not allow foreign interests to control domestic policy, national debt is not allowed to get out of control as there is rational limitation to maintain fiscal solvency. Populations are over all more patriotic because their country represents the interest of the citizenry instead of corrupt greedy monopolistic interests.
