Also I hope I won't regret my ride today, did 2x70min LT1 despite still having that cold. Coach said that as long as I keep it under LT1 and hydrate and eat well today it shouldn't cause any problems. Definitely noticed a higher HR than normal but otherwise felt ok, just needed to blow my nose ever so often.

You could just buy a sram or shimano groupset here, the mechanical ones are heavily discounted these days too.
For example I bought my Shimano GRX RX820 12s mechanical for 400 euros 2 months ago.
