It's not the best set of options but that is the options we are given today. If the "masses who are asses" want to eat toxic shit let them. Not everyone has to. I buy organic non-GMO as much as possible and stick to a healthy keto diet (fresh meat, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables, dairy) limited carbs and avoid sugar. I also support the local farmers market so I know where I'm getting my meat from.
