True the Vote: The Aftermath
Several weeks ago, True the Vote published a short paper titled The Aftermath. Written as part of a broader collection of our recent work in Georgia, The Aftermath addressed the impact Georgia’s dirty voter rolls had on the 2020 election and a meeting I had in 2020 with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his team, where we discussed True the Vote’s plans to assist Georgia citizens in challenging ineligible voter records.
The Lawsuit
Our efforts were immediately met with a lawsuit filed against us by attorney Marc Elias on behalf of Stacey Abrams’ organization Fair Fight. The DOJ has now joined with Fair Fight against us. This case has been ongoing since December 2020. Our federal court trial begins in Georgia on October 26th, 2023.
The Indictments
Now, nineteen people, including Donald Trump, have been indicted by Fulton County D. A. Fani Willis. She’s charged them with multiple felony counts over their involvement in the 2020 election, each related explicitly to whether there were known, potentially outcome-determinative inaccuracies in Georgia’s election that were being covered up.
The Truth
Seeing this, I decided to take what I’d written in The Aftermath and turn it into an affidavit. A notarized copy is attached here for use in any way that may be helpful. Here’s an excerpt:
“… I left the meeting unsettled by the seeming indifference the Raffensperger team had shown about their knowledge that the voter rolls had been so markedly inaccurate during the November election. At that time we did not yet have a copy of the state’s published record of voters in the General Election, but because the state uses services like ERIC, which also uses NCOA to identify ineligible records, the Secretary of State’s office knew, or should have known, there were hundreds of thousands of potentially ineligible voters casting votes, hence Raffensperger’s admonition that “The G.O.P should have been doing this all along.”
8. Little more than two weeks later, on January 2nd, 2021, Secretary Raffensperger and members of his staff had a call with President Trump and members of his team. On that call, President Trump asked about inaccurate voter records. Both Secretary Raffensperger and General Counsel Ryan Germany stated that they had fully evaluated the various claims of election irregularities and said without qualification there was no evidence to support them, including no problems with the voting records. This statement was knowingly false. Both men were well-aware of that falsity at the time.
9. True the Vote has completed a review of the voting patterns relating to those 364,541 records identified as ineligible based on permanent change of residency.
10. In Georgia’s November 2020 elections, approximately 67,284 votes were cast that should likely not have been counted because the voters’ registrations were ineligible based on permanent change of residency.
a. Out of County. 48,207 of those votes corresponded to voters who had moved to a different county within Georgia.
b. Out of State. 19,077 of those votes corresponded to voters who no longer lived in Georgia.
11. While we cannot know who voted for which candidate in those ballots that should not have been counted, we do know that the two presidential candidates were separated by only 11,779 votes. It is of great concern that the number of votes for which the address verification requirement was essentially waived in the 2020 General Election could well have been outcome-determinative.”

Aftermath of The Aftermath
This week, Secretary Raffensperger announced efforts to evaluate, inactivate, or remove the voter registration records of 679,749 ineligible voter records.
While we applaud what appear to be efforts to ensure only eligible voters vote in 2024, there were no such efforts in 2020. According to available state and federal data, over 300,000 ineligible records were on the rolls, and over 67,000 ineligible voters appear to have voted.
It was not only fitting for leaders to question the accuracy of the 2020 General Election, it was their obligation to do so.

Mounting questions over Israel’s massive intelligence failure to anticipate and prepare for a surprise Hamas assault were compounded Monday when an Egyptian intelligence official said that Jerusalem had ignored repeated warnings that the Gaza-based terror group was planning “something big” — which included an apparent direct notice from Cairo’s intelligence minister to the prime minister.
The Egyptian official said Egypt, which often serves as a mediator between Israel and Hamas, had spoken repeatedly with the Israelis about “something big,” without elaborating.
He said Israeli officials were focused on the West Bank and played down the threat from Gaza. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government is made up of supporters of West Bank settlers who have demanded a security crackdown there in the face of a rising tide of violence over the last 18 months.
“We have warned them an explosion of the situation is coming, and very soon, and it would be big. But they underestimated such warnings,” the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss the content of sensitive intelligence discussions with the media, told The Associated Press.
Netanyahu denied receiving any such advance warning, saying in the course of an address to the nation Monday night that the story was “fake news.” “No early message came from Egypt and the prime minister did not speak or meet with the intelligence chief since the establishment of the government — not indirectly or directly,” his office said in a statement earlier in the day.
In one of the said warnings, Egypt’s Intelligence Minister General Abbas Kamel personally called Netanyahu only 10 days before the massive attack that Gazans were likely to do “something unusual, a terrible operation,” according to the Ynet news site.
Unnamed Egyptian officials told the site they were shocked by Netanyahu’s indifference to the news and said the premier told the minister the military was “submerged” in troubles in the West Bank.

FDA Notice: Blood Pressure Drugs Recalled After Powerful Opioid Found

A drug manufacturer said it is initiating a recall of its blood pressure medication due to the presence of the synthetic opioid oxycodone, according to a notice published by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) this week.
KVK-Tech said it is recalling one lot of 10-milligram betaxolol tablets, which were distributed around the United States to retailers and wholesalers, the notice said.
The batch is being recalled as a precaution because a single oxycodone tablet was found on the packaging line during the line clearance when the batch was packaged. The company said it has not received reports of a "foreign tablet" in a bottle of betaxolol.
"The betaxolol package insert warns about slowing in the heart rate in elderly patients which is likely to be exacerbated by inadvertent opioid administration," the recall notice said. "Additionally, some patients prescribed low-dose betaxolol might be have compromised heart and lung function that is also likely to be exacerbated by an opioid. Furthermore, there are minor differences in appearance between betaxolol 10 mg tablets and oxycodone 5 mg tablets, not likely to be noticed by a regular user of the 10 mg betaxolol tablet."
It noted that some patients who are at risk of overdose "are likely to be negatively affected" by receiving oxycodone, a powerful narcotic drug.
That's even more so if a "substantial number of oxycodone tablets have been introduced into a bottle labeled as betaxolol," the recall notice added. "Therefore, inadvertent exposure to a controlled substance, such as oxycodone, in that patient population is likely to result in significant slowing in breathing, known as respiratory depression, which is a serious health risk."

Other Recalls
Several weeks ago, the FDA announced that Marlex Pharmaceuticals voluntarily recalled one lot of 0.125-milligram Digoxin Tablets USP and one lot of 0.25-milligram Digoxin Tablets USP.
The reason why, according to the notice, is due to a "label mix-up," which could potentially lead to an overdose of the wrong medication. Weaker versions of the heart medication were placed into bottles of the stronger medication and vice versa.
"The mix-up in labels can cause either overdosing or underdosing in patients who unknowingly take the wrong dose," the notice said. "Patients who intend to take Digoxin Tablets USP ... would receive a super potent dose and can experience significant drug toxicity (mental disorientation, dizziness, blurred vision, memory loss and fainting) from the unintentional overdose."
"The product is used for the treatment of mild to moderate heart failure," it said. "Digoxin increases heart muscle contraction in pediatric patients with heart failure. Digoxin is indicated for the control of ventricular response rate in adult patients with chronic atrial fibrillation. The product is packaged as 100 tablets in white HDPE bottles and labeled as indicated below with NDC, lot and expiration date."
Around the same time, a separate FDA notice announced the recall of WEFUN capsules[dietary supplement] after the agency found the product was tainted with another drug, sildenafil. "FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil. Sildenafil is an ingredient known as a Phosphodiesterase Inhibitor (PDE-5) inhibitor found in FDA-approved products for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction. The presence of sildenafil in this product renders it an unapproved drug for which the safety and efficacy has not been established and, therefore, subject to recall," it said.
Several weeks ago, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals USA and Baxter Healthcare separately recalled drugs that are used to treat hypertension and cancer, respectively. Glenmark recalled 1,200 bottles of trandolapril and verapamil hydrochloride extended-release tablets for high blood pressure, while Baxter recalled 13,502 vials of bendamustine HCl injection, used to treat several types of cancer.

Seizure in the Straits of Hormuz - implications for insurers

Geopolitical conflicts between the US and Iran remain a major concern for marine (re)insurers as tensions in the Strait of Hormuz continue to make headlines. The ongoing situation continues to affect whether vessels and cargo such as crude oil can go into or out of Iran, and the cover marine insurers can provide.

Background
On 14 July 2015 the UN Security Council’s five permanent members: China; France; Russia; the UK; and the US; plus Germany, the European Union, and Iran reached an agreement to limit and ensure that Iran’s nuclear program of uranium enrichment was exclusively peaceful, and provided Iran with phased sanctions relief upon verification that it had implemented key nuclear commitments.
In May 2018 then-US President Trump abandoned the JCPOA and reinstalled all US sanctions on Iran, including placing the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
In 2021 we commented that the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th US President may bring a different approach to foreign policy, including the challenging topic around Iranian sanctions. President Biden made it clear that he wanted the JCPOA deal brought back to life, but expected Iran to comply with its commitments in respect of reversing its breaches in respect of excess production of enriched uranium first; Iran wanted the US sanctions - which caused its economy to fall into a recession and inflation to soar - lifted before it would start complying with its commitments again.

Impact on shipping
The impact on global commerce has been significant, particularly in the Strait of Hormuz, a key shipping lane through which 20% of global crude oil supply passes. Since 2021 it has been reported that nearly twenty internationally flagged merchant vessels have been harassed, attacked, or seized by Iran whilst transiting the narrow waterway linking the Persian Gulf with the Gulf of Oman.

In July 2019 the British-flagged oil tanker STENA IMPERO was seized by the IRGC-QF and held for two months. Iran accused the vessel of colliding with a fishing vessel, and denied that the seizure was an act of retaliation for the British Royal Marines’ involvement in the detention of the Iranian tanker ADRIAN DARYA-1, which was detained off Gibraltar whilst carrying 2.1 million barrels of Iranian crude on suspicion of breaking EU sanctions on Syria, and blacklisted by the US.
In May 2022 the IRGC-QF seized two Greek-flagged tanker vessels, the DELTA POSEIDON and PRUDENT WARRIOR. This was in retaliation against the US for confiscation of Iranian oil onboard the Iranian-flagged LANA in April that year. Both the DELTA POSEIDON and the PRUDENT WARRIOR were released in November 2022.
On 27 April 2023 the oil tanker ADVANTAGE SWEET was seized and remains detained by the IRGC-QF. Reports suggest that this was in retaliation to the US seizing 980,000 barrels of Iranian crude oil onboard the SUEZ RAJAN, which has recently been discharged in the US and forfeited by the owners according to recently unsealed court filings in the Washington federal Court.
Most recently on 5 July 2023, the US Navy destroyer USS McFaul prevented attempts to seize two tankers, firstly the TRF MOSS, and then the Bahamas-flagged, Greek-owned, US-operated oil tanker, RICHMOND VOYAGER, at which shots were fired by an Iranian naval vessel hitting the vessel’s hull near the crew living spaces, whilst on route to Singapore from Saudi Arabia.
As a direct result of the actions by the IRGC-QF, the US has increased its military presence and rotation of ships and aircraft patrolling in the region in an attempt to ensure the safe passage of vessels. In August the UK and US authorities issued warnings to shipping in the Middle East to avoid Iranian waters as a precaution, amid the heightened tensions.

Insurance implications
The Lloyd’s Market Association Joint War Committee, which monitors and lists areas where shipowners are required to notify underwriters of voyages, has included the Strait of Hormuz since 2018, and considers that tankers transiting the area are specifically at risk of harassment.
Negotiations for the release of vessels and cargo seized by the IRGC-QG have generally been conducted via Iranian diplomatic channels in third-party countries such as Sweden, and can take place over several months. During this time, careful consideration needs to be given to ascertain whether there has been a loss covered under any one of the relevant policies of insurance for the property interests, which may or may not be triggered depending on the facts and the breadth of coverage.

The Israeli army has no information confirming allegations that "Hamas beheaded babies," Israeli army spokesperson unit told Anadolu on Tuesday.
It was alleged that Hamas's armed wing, the Qassam Brigades, "beheaded many Israeli babies" on the Israeli side during the early Saturday morning attack launched from Gaza.
When Anadolu contacted the Israeli army spokesperson unit over the phone and asked about the allegations, she said "We have seen the news, but we do not have any details or confirmation about that."
The situation escalated with a Saturday surprise attack from Palestinian group Hamas in the Gaza Strip on southern Israeli towns. Israel retaliated with massive airstrikes in Gaza and placed the enclave under total blockade.
More than 1,900 people have so far been killed in the violence, including at least 900 Palestinians and 1,000 Israelis, according to authorities.
Israel has also cut water and electricity supplies to Gaza, worsening the blockaded enclave’s already dire humanitarian situation.
Home to nearly 2.2 million people, the Gaza Strip has already been reeling under a crippling Israeli siege since 2007.

Groups honoring the Waffen-SS reportedly received $2.2 million from the government over the last seven years

Ottawa has given $2.2 million over the last seven years to Ukrainian-Canadian groups that celebrate Nazi collaborators, Jewish-American news outlet The Forward reported on Wednesday.

According to the outlet, among the recipients of government grants are defenders of 98-year-old Ukrainian Nazi veteran Yaroslav Hunka, whose presence at a special session of the Canadian parliament last month caused a major scandal.

The largest recipient of government financial support is the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, which is known for praising Hunka’s division (SS Galicia) and protecting a monument to it in suburban Toronto, the Forward article says. This organization is listed as a receiver of nearly $1.5 million between 2016 and 2022, according to public records.

If something happens tomorrow on global jihad day after having millions of migrants and potential terrorists flooding into the US without question, we should all be 100% positive that it was an engineered and orchestrated destabilizing event. Zero doubt.

The only questions would be if our government was complicit/solely responsible, or if it was just an external force like Russia or Iran. Obviously if it was an inside job, they'd still claim it was an attack by a foreign nation to cover their ass, but it'd be war abroad regardless.

What better way to collapse the economy and get the great reset than bringing in a bunch of violent migrants to bring the country into chaos and martial law, economic collapse, and then the new totalitarian system they've been so eager to implement. Digital currencies, digital passports, debt reset, and all their other communist Orwellian insanity.

It would also make everyone forget about what they just did to us with COVID with the fear level being high enough to where most people would just submit and obey right away without question. All it would take is some gunfire in every city and a few bombs domestically and everyone would be begging for safety and protection of the gov't, granting them whatever new power they want, which they never give back).

Also telling the world when you plan to do Jihad is clearly counterintuitive and idiotic, and should be a surprise so we're not prepared for it, so it's clear they're preparing us to respond in a certain way. We're in unprecedented times with so many psyops and events converging on one another, and I think a lot of us feel like it's contrived and disingenuous so we're trying to stay above it with asking questions.

People might call you a schizo for the speculation, but you need to be asking these kinds of questions like @joerogan and be insatiably curious about the possibilities, motivations, financial incentives, all of it.

We're watching societal engineering professionals who have perfected the art of propaganda, mind control, and behavioral manipulation trying to convince us of something or steer us in a certain direction, and to escape the lies and inversions you have to ask questions and entertain possibilities, aka conspiracies.

This U.S. Army report describes events in Korea from August 10 to September 20, 1950 when U.S.- led forces in South Korea were in retreat, then held the line and carried out several counterattacks.
