Third World Communist Dictatorship Seeks To Ban Gas Stoves And Nearly All Propane Generators

Just months after a Biden-appointed regulator threatened a ban on gas stoves, the communist regime is working to enact "a rule" that would prohibit the manufacturing of nearly all portable gas generators on the US market. So much for those dictators claiming they support free market capitalism.

A proposed Consumer Product Safety Commission rule limits the amount of carbon monoxide a product can emit, with the commission admitting that 95 percent of portable gas generators on the market cannot comply with its new standard. As a result, industry leaders say, the rule will prompt widespread generator shortages, as manufacturers only have six months to design generators that meet the proposed regulation.

The rule proposal comes just months after Biden-backed commissioner Richard Trumka Jr. threatens a a similar regulatory ban on gas stoves, which he called a "hidden hazard." It also comes as many Americans face an increased risk of power outages as the country increasingly "relies" on "green energy" (solar and wind) to produce its electricity, so they claim - yet not really, as America still heavily relies on fossil fuel despite solar and wind alternatives.

Portable gas generators can help those who experience a power outage keep the lights on, and nearly five million households use them. Should the communist regime finalize its Unconstitutional rule, the generators would become difficult to obtain. The commission's dictate prohibits manufacturers from "stockpiling" non-compliant generators prior to enforcement.

The department has also proposed or finalized energy efficiency "rules" targeting washing machines, refrigerators, and lightbulbs.

So what is wrong with free market capitalism? Certainly not the concept and idea which created so much wealth, freedom and prosperity. But something did go terribly wrong. What went wrong? What went wrong is America and it's government have slowly abandoned free market capitalism and replaced it with ideological agendas. The American government started to spend too much fiat currency, created by the Federal Reserve out of thin air backed by nothing of value. Over the last four decades the government wanted more and more centralized control over the entire economy. Now the government wants QE to infinite, endless debt creation. What old timers used to call insolvency. The same government now bails out corrupt insolvent banks and corporations by the way. That's the problem. What we see being done today flies absolutely contrary to the traditions of free market capitalism.

Free market capitalism has nothing to do with governments running and micromanaging the economy. Free market capitalism has nothing to do with bailing out corrupt insolvent entities, after all, that's why bankruptcy clauses existed for so long, if you cannot fairly compete you sell your company and assets and start over. Who decides who goes bankrupt in a free market? Consumers do! The very notion of governments defying consumer will and bankruptcy clauses to bailout their cronies is disgusting, it is the exact polar opposite of a free market.

To save America and our way of life, we need the free market back, and that means we need less government interference in our economy, we need to cut wasteful governmental spending, we need to bring back consumer choice and abandon ideological agendas because ideological agendas often ruin and destroy economies and their nations.

The federal judge overseeing the case involving former President Donald Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents appeared skeptical of the Justice Department's request for the trial to start in mid-December, but she was no warmer toward Trump's argument that the trial should be delayed until after the 2024 election.

Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, did not issue a trial date during the hearing Tuesday in Fort Pierce, Fla., but said she plans to "promptly" issue an order regarding it, according to CNN.

Trump attorney Christopher Kise argued that with Trump running for the White House in 2024, it would be impossible for him to receive a fair trial before the election.

Cannon asked Kise whether the intense publicity of the case would continue after the election and told him to focus on other reasons to not expedite the trial, such as legal issues or complications handling classified information.

Cannon also voiced concerns that the discovery in the case is "voluminous" and it would be unlikely the trial could start by mid-December as prosecutors have requested.

"I can appreciate more time is necessary, but some deadlines can clearly be established now," Cannon said, according to NBC News.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Announces Bold Plan to Back Dollar With Bitcoin, End Bitcoin Taxes

Speaking at a Heal-the-Divide PAC event, Democratic Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. outlined specific Bitcoin-focused policies that he would enact as president, including gradually backing the US dollar with bitcoin and making bitcoin profits exempt from capital gains taxes.

“My plan would be to start very, very small, perhaps 1% of issued T-bills would be backed by hard currency, by gold, silver platinum or bitcoin,” Kennedy said, describing his vision for returning to a hard currency standard in the U.S.

He added that, depending on the outcome of that initial step, he would increase that allocation annually.

This potential policy reimagines the financial system, pointing to a future where bitcoin's absolute scarcity and sound monetary principles reinforce the U.S. dollar’s eroding position as the world reserve currency.

"Backing dollars and U.S. debt obligations with hard assets could help restore strength back to the dollar, rein in inflation and usher in a new era of American financial stability, peace and prosperity," he declared.

In addition, Kennedy announced his administration “will exempt the conversion of bitcoin to the U.S. dollar from capital gains taxes.”

"The benefits include facilitating innovation and spurring investment, ensuring citizen privacy, incentivizing ventures to grow their business and tech jobs in the United States rather than in Singapore, Switzerland, Germany and Portugal,” he added. “Non-taxable events are unreportable and that means it will be more difficult for governments to weaponize currency against free speech, which as many of you know, is one of my principal objectives."

During his announcement today, Kennedy reiterated the slew of commitments he made to foster Bitcoin adoption during a speech at the Bitcoin 2023 conference in May, which included “defending the right of self custody of bitcoin,” upholding “the right to run a node at home” and defending “industry-neutral regulation of energy.”

Kennedy framed his commitments to Bitcoin as integral to the ideals of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, and his own vision for governing a free and equitable country.

New Despotic British Law Would Imprison Parents For Protecting Their Children From Genital Mutilation, Sex Grooming

As the debate rages in the United States over parental notification and authority in cases involving transgender children, the United Kingdom is embroiled in a controversy over a law that would not only limit parental authority in such cases but affirmatively require parents to pay for such transitioning.
Under the interpretation put forward by police, parents who refuse to use the alternative pronouns for their children or refuse to pay for their transitioning could be criminally prosecuted.
According to the UK’s Code for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), abusive conduct now includes “withholding money for transitioning [and] refusing to use their preferred name or pronoun.”
So a parent with familial or religious objections to the "transitioning" of a child would be required under the law to fund genital mutilation of their children.
This is not only despotic and tyrannical, this is what pure evil looks like. Who in their right mind would like to sexually victimize children in this manner, and parents who try to protect their children from this form of abuse!?
The guideline would suggest that parents with deep-seated religious convictions against transgender status would either have to fund genital mutilation or face arrest for failing to do so.
To potentially prosecute a parent for refusing to use an adopted pronoun of their child is chilling and wrong. Nevertheless, a CPS spokesperson doubled down with a comment to Fox News that “domestic abuse is a severe crime and leaves victims with a lasting impact." Yet, ironically, they are allowing child sex predators and groomers to do JUST THAT!
This follows the erosion of free speech and religious rights in Britain, including English courts upholding the criminalization “toxic ideologies”.
Americans should take notice, this is why radical left Marxists would love nothing more than to end free speech and our right to bear arms for self-defense. This is a war against families, against parents and their children. It is a war against ethics, moral and sanity. It is a war against humanity.

RV EXPLOSION UPDATE: Authorities say Sunday afternoon, two RV's parked on 8th Ave NW went up in flames in the Crown Hill hood. This is a stretch right underneath the Holman Rd NW overpass. No injuries. Neighbors say they heard propane tanks explode and possibly ammunition. They also say drug deals happen out of the RV's on the regular. The city along with Councilmember Dan Strauss(@CMDanStrauss) are aware of the situation and have already cleared this encampment several months ago. Democrats Deny Government Censorship By Trying To Censor A Committee On Government Censorship

In a hearing marred by contentious interruptions and attempts by House Democrats to remove him as a witness, Robert F. The subcommittee, operating within the House Judiciary Committee, said today’s hearing was intended to “examine the federal government’s role in censoring Americans,” “Big Tech’s collusion with out-of-control government agencies to silence speech” and the ongoing Missouri v. Biden lawsuit alleging government censorship.

Other witnesses who testified today included D. John Sauer, special assistant attorney general for Louisiana, an attorney for the plaintiffs in the Missouri v. Biden case, Breitbart journalist Emma-Jo Morris, who in 2020 first revealed the now-infamous “Hunter Biden laptop story,” and Maya Wiley, president and CEO of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.

Government censorship and alleged First Amendment violations on the part of the federal government featured prominently in today’s hearing. “We need to be able to talk,” Kennedy told the committee. “And, the First Amendment was not written for easy speech. It was written for the speech that nobody likes you for.”

In his testimony, Sauer referred to the July 4 ruling by Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, which barred the White House and federal agencies from censoring social media posts. He said:

“The government likes to claim that social media platforms acting on their own would apply their policies and censor all this content. … The Louisiana Court found that the platforms would not have suppressed this speech, but for the fact that the federal officials were pushing for it.”

Calling the scope and reach of the federal censorship efforts “staggering,” Sauer added:

“Millions of social media posts and speakers [were censored] all across America. It affects virtually every American who reads, listens, engages, or posts on social media about great disputed political and social questions that federal censors have stuck their fingers into …. Federal officials’ censorship efforts are in full swing and they’re expanding to new frontiers.”

Efforts by Democrats to prevent Kennedy from testifying began earlier this week. On Monday, Reps. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) and Judy Chu (D-Calif.) sent a letter signed by 102 House Democrats to House Republican leadership, requesting they “rescind Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s invitation to testify.”

Kennedy, in response to the accusations levied against him, set aside his prepared testimony for the hearing. Referencing the letter, he told the committee, “The 102 people that signed this [is] itself evidence of the problem that this hearing was convened to address. This is an attempt to censor a censorship hearing.”

Comparing the efforts to the McCarthyism of the 1950s, Kennedy said he is being censored “through smears, through misinterpretations of what I’ve said, through lies, through association,” adding that “While I’m under oath, in my entire life I have never uttered a phrase that was either racist or anti-Semitic.”

Rep. Thomas Massey (R-Ky.), in an impromptu interview after the hearing, said:

“The irony and cognitive dissonance from the other side of the aisle, it’s deafening. You could cut it with a knife. They are at the same time denying that censorship is occurring, but suggesting that there’s more material that needs to be censored.”

Still, efforts to stop Kennedy’s testimony continued throughout the hearing. Following a motion by Massey to table the point of order, a roll-call vote was held, which passed 10-8 along party lines, enabling Kennedy’s testimony to continue.

But later in the hearing, Wasserman Schultz persisted, stating that “anti-Semitic incidents … are at the highest level in the United States since 1970. They have nearly tripled in the last six years [yet] you gave Mr. Kennedy a megaphone today.”

When Kennedy attempted to respond to Wasserman Schultz’s accusations, pointing out that he was describing a study funded by the National Institutes of Health and conducted by the Cleveland Clinic, she interrupted, saying she was “reclaiming” her allocated time to speak.

Republican members of the subcommittee later approved a motion to add the Cleveland Clinic study to the record. The study confirmed Kennedy’s claims about the SARS-CoV-2 virus, finding “unique genetic susceptibility across different populations in ACE2 and TMPRSS2,” particularly for the “African/African-American population.” These claims were the basis for labeling Kennedy “racist.”

Kennedy, repeatedly responded to claims of “anti-Semitism” and “racism,” stating that “What you have stated and tried to associate me with through guilt by association is simply inaccurate. All the things that I’m accused of right now by you and in this letter are distortions, misrepresentations.”

“And I think that we should have a real conversation rather than an exchange of ad hominem attacks.”

These documents are the first significant release of data from Moderna’s COVID-19 clinical trials. They reveal the causes of deaths, serious adverse events, and instances of neurological disorders (such as Bell’s Palsy and Shingles) potentially associated with Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Importantly, these records also demonstrate the utter lack of thoroughness of these studies. Many of those who died after receiving the Moderna vaccine were not given an autopsy. According to one study, 16 individuals died after being administered the Moderna vaccine. The study’s authors indicated that out of those 16 deaths, only two autopsies were performed, five of the dead were not autopsied, and the autopsy status of nine of the dead was “unknown”.

Other key observations during the Moderna “studies” involved serious adverse events for those in the vaccinated groups. A number of participants experienced: myocardial infarction (heart attack); pulmonary embolism; spontaneous abortion/miscarriage; transient ischemic attack (TIA); and lymphoma. 1) Hyper-globalization, which pushes manufacturers to buy the cheapest components to lower costs. The failure of any one poorly made component renders the entire device useless junk which is dumped in the landfill.

2) Planned obsolescence as the corporate strategy to boost profits in an economy where everyone already has everything. By reducing the quality, product failure is accelerated, and the hapless consumer is forced to replace a device every few years that 30 years ago would have provided decades of trouble-free service.

NOTE: This is why you should seek out older stuff to buy or salvage and learn how to fix and maintain those products!

3) Consumers have been trained to consume, no matter how poor the quality. Tossing stuff in the landfill is wonderful because this gives us another excuse to go shopping.

4) Since global production and distribution is dominated by rapacious cartels and quasi-monopolies, they don't care about the terminal decay of the quality of their product/service. They know we're going to buy their low-quality rubbish anyway because we have no choice, and they know the quality of "competing" (hahaha) products is equally abysmal.

And I can pick these items out of the dirt, rinse them under a tap and they come up looking like new. They are shiny, silver and have no sign of rust.

US Government Releasing Illegal Immigrants With Tuberculosis Across The US

As if America really needs any more proof of the government's depopulation plan, using medical tyranny and biological weapons disguised as "vaccines" to achieve this depopulation agenda, there is now more proof of their fully intentional evil doing.

Thousands of young illegal immigrants with tuberculosis were released from US government custody across one year, officials have revealed in a new report.

The illegal immigrants, all under 18 years of age, were released to family members or other responsible adults despite having latent tuberculosis infection, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said in a recent disclosure.

The dates of each release were not clear. HHS officials notified state officials from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023, of the tuberculosis-positive youth over a web-based system operated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Aurora Miranda-Maese, an HHS official, told a court in the report.

The CDC, which is part of HHS, declined to comment. HHS did not respond to requests for comment.

The CDC says that people with the disease are infectious, can transmit the disease to others, and can die if not treated. If tuberculosis becomes active, that is “a threat to both the individual’s and the public’s health,” according to Ms. Miranda-Maese.

Minors do not typically receive treatment while in HHS custody because most are released before one month elapses, she said, opening up the possibility of problems such as the development of drug-resistant tuberculosis if treatment is initiated and discontinued before completion.

Officials in 44 states received more than 2,450 alerts of illegal immigrant minors with tuberculosis in the year ending May 31, 2023, according to HHS.

Over that same time, 126,069 minors were released by HHS.

TAIPEI, July 21 (Reuters) - Taiwan is investigating a possible leak of official documents including diplomatic cables and classified reports on the island's sensitive bid to join a global trade pact, according to two officials familiar with the probe.
One official said initial findings showed some parts of the documents, posted on online message board 8kun and reviewed by Reuters, are real while bits were forged, without giving details.
A second official said parts of the documents appeared to be "authentic" and they could not immediately determine the origin of the documents shared on the internet.
The officials asked not to be identified due to the sensitivity of the matter.
In response to Reuters' questions, Taiwan's National Security Bureau (NSB) said it was aware of "suspected government documents" posted online and that relevant government authorities were "investigating and dealing with the source of such information".
The NSB said it was also investigating whether China, which claims Taiwan as its own, was involved in the incident.
China's Taiwan Affairs Office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
News of the incident comes amid a flurry of reports about Beijing-linked hackers accessing the email accounts of several top U.S. officials, including the U.S. ambassador to China.
In a statement, Taiwan's foreign ministry largely echoed the NSB comments adding that it "was difficult to distinguish between true and false information online" and urged vigilance about sharing information from unknown sources.
The incident comes at a delicate time for the island, which is due to hold elections early next year and is seeking to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) trade pact despite objections from China which is also seeking to join.
The documents posted online include what purports to be a classified "security assessment" in October by Taiwan's top intelligence agency, the National Security Bureau, on the island's CPTPP bid.
They include alleged diplomatic cables from Taiwan's de facto embassies in Japan and Vietnam about the CPTPP applications by China and Taiwan, and another classified report this year by Taiwan's de facto embassy in Washington on its trade negotiations with the United States.
Reuters has seen the documents but could not independently verify their authenticity.
Taiwan and China both applied in 2021 to join the CPTPP, a trade pact between 11 countries - Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. Britain is also set to join.
Beijing has said it strongly opposes Taiwan's membership because Taiwan is part of China and therefore ineligible to join international bodies on its own. Taiwan is, however, a member of the World Trade Organization, designated as a separate customs territory called Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.
Taiwan strongly rejects Chinese sovereignty claims and says only Taiwanese people can decide their future.
The island of 23 million people is growing increasingly concerned about hacks and cyber attacks as it gears up for the presidential election, due in January.
President Tsai Ing-wen, whose ruling party is seeking to head off a challenge from opposition parties pledging friendlier ties with Beijing, has repeatedly warned of China's attempts to influence public opinion ahead of the vote.
