Leak Star Fox Anonymous 09/16/2026 (Wed) 23:27 [Preview] No. 14082 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
A confidential presentation detailing Nintendos long term plan with Illumination accidentally came into my possession and I am honestly shaking. This sensitive blueprint covers the script for the upcoming Star Fox cinematic feature alongside a massive multi project gaming roadmap consisting of twenty upcoming titles including brand new sequels, spin offs, and complete remakes of both Star Fox Assault and Star Fox Adventures. I am not going to spoil the plot or leak the actual story beats here because I do not want to ruin the experience. However, I am deeply disgusted by the creative mandate outlined in these documents which orders writers to completely strip away the beloved psychological nuance that Wolf O Donnell possessed in Star Fox Assault. Instead of preserving his iconic gray morality as an honorable rival, the studio is actively trying to reduce him to a cheap corporate copy of cliché western archetypes. The internal notes explicitly cite Harley Quinn, Jinx, Boba Fett, and MCU Loki as templates for this reimagined Wolf, forcing him into a generic, pseudo edgy psycho villain mold.

The scripts describe extreme narrative adjustments intended for the film trilogy and twenty upcoming games, specifically following the planned Star Fox Assault remake. The documents reveal a long term plan to make Wolf progressively more brutal, cruel, and heartless with each consecutive title, escalating his antagonism across all twenty future games. The outlines detail scenarios where Wolf is directly responsible for, or lent a hand to, the brutal executions of his past piloting rivals before Fox, civilian police, abstract and nameless characters, political leaders, wealthy elites, average working class citizens, petty thieves, and Cornerian military divisions. Worse, the drafts textually implicate Wolf in the destruction of entire peaceful civilian planets. The scripts even dictate that Wolf will actively ally with and assist the catastrophic threats from Assault and Command. To top it off, the studio plans to grant Wolf extensive plot armor allowing him to escape all consequences for this absolute evil, shamelessly mimicking Jinx from League of Legends. There are even indications that the studio might try to frame these deliberate or accidental casualties as a form of dark humor, a casual background comedy gag, or a funny off screen event to make it digestible, which makes the whole direction even more repulsive.

I completely oppose this creative bankruptcy and I desperately do not want this terrible vision to come true, regardless of whether these actions are shown on screen, hidden off screen, framed as comedy, or merely referenced in text based lore. It does not matter if the writers claim it was for money, for his own survival, or for a cheap laugh. Making Wolf responsible for such carnage is utterly disappointing. Let me remind the writers at Nintendo and Illumination that Wolf O Donnell is NOT Ganondorf, he is NOT Ridley, he is NOT Leon Powalski, and he is NOT some bloodthirsty tyrant from Fire Emblem, Earthbound, or Kid Icarus. Turning him into a duplicate of those villains, or writing the lore so that he causes massive casualties behind the scenes and becomes increasingly monstrous, is a complete betrayal of his identity. We already have way too many villains in media whose hands are completely covered in the blood of countless slaughtered souls both on screen and off screen, and we absolutely do not need Wolf to become another one. Wolf was never a ruthless butcher off screen. I also completely reject and refuse to support the vocal, toxic portion of the fanbase that actively begs for this shallow, edgy dehumanization of Wolf. These fans do not understand literary value, they just want a mindless, cardboard cutout villain for shock value.

I sincerely hope Nintendo throws these scripts into the trash immediately, exactly like what happened with the leaked Shrek five script after the public revolted. Wolf must always remain an honorable rival who simply chose the wrong side of the conflict but who possesses the capac

>Multiple developers report equipment stolen from their Gamescom booths

>Indie developer Ryan Laley, showing his asymmetrical survival horror Mimic, posted an emotional video to X/Twitter on Friday, explaining that his booth had been broken into overnight.

>Laley wasn't alone. Iam8bit also reports that two of its laptops were taken overnight from the same business area.

>Tessera Studios, developer of The Zibbo Show, said its booth in the Indie Area had been broken into earlier in the week, where robbers forced open a cabinet to steal two laptops and a Steam Deck containing personal and company data. The studio said it had also heard of thefts at the Games from Spain booth and "several more across the entire fair".

>In fact, several companies have now come forward about their experiences at Gamescom, including Ukiyo Studios, which said it had a PC stolen from its booth two years ago, but Gamescom "blocked us from [filing a police report], saying 'it makes Gamescom and the city of Cologne look bad'".
