Just wanted to give a heads up, several imageboard owners have contacted each other in hopes of creating some type of loose support organization to help each other. Nothing is in stone but I have joined the discussion under the promise they can't control anything on Endchan (no rule changes, no enforcement), I don't want this to be like a cabal of the past.

I want to be open and transparent about this and I assume some of you will have some reservations, so want to loop you into the discussion if you have any early concerns. It's a bit hard to know what membership means but I'll let you know as it's being drafted.

Flag Request: On 8ch there was an option to hide your country flag. Is it possible to add this feature?

I also like the idea of allowing both custom + country flags -- but only displaying one flag. The custom flag (if selected) trumps the country flag.

Its annoying that whenever you leave a thread, your flag isn't saved on the board at all, forcing you to remember to set your flag every time you post in a new thread. Would it be possible to have the option to save the flag you like to use on a specific board?

Why isn't the endchan.xyz domain working anymore? I thought endchan was down because I didnt realize I should use endchan.net now. Either make the .xyz domain work again or else you should at least update the twitter and such with the .net domain.

More likely they stumbled onto the script used by a certain species specific furry board to migrate an archive of their board over to Endchan in the not too distant past. Hardly surprising they would want to take it for a test drive themselves. If I was a betting gal, I'd say they are looking to offer people a better way to handle this kind of board duplication in the future. That's more in line with their style as image-board wonks, not paranoia.

besides, what do you think disabling/hiding the site/board will accomplish? there are archived pages elsewhere, there are even some site-wide in archive.org (which have existed for years and were probably not made by the users because you can see in the descriptions that they couldn't avoid including the typical pc virtue signaling comments)
