It's hard to convey the skill over shit text but it is what it is.
Women want and need to feel heard. When they don't get their needs met, any needs it builds up in them over time and then they let it all out at once on their partner which is often very confusing for men.
Men often fall for the trick of trying to 'solve' womens problems, women don't want their problems solved, they want their feelings listened to.
If she says you didn't react strongly enough in the past thing, you need to remain present in the moment and say something like, i'm sorry I wasn't fully there for you.
If you try to solve her problem, it wont work
If you try to make an excuse, it wont work
The process is validating her feelings and letting them land in you, then she feels heard
You have to look into her and try to remain peaceful, when she sees you doing this without reacting, she can start dumping her emotional baggage onto you.
Everything she will say will be a test of your emotional stability. If you falter in that she will feel unsafe and use bullshit to blame you without saying why.
If you remain present, calm, and actively listening she will get what she wants/needs and her emotional baggage balloon will slowly deflate.
She might blow up and get mad, it's part of the process of letting out her woman emotions.
Unfortunately it is a rude awakening for most men to have even more responsibility, but once you understand it's just a few little behaviours, the maintenance of women becomes very easy especially if you understand them, what they are, and why they do random shit out of no where.
If you want more sex with your woman, playfully touch her every day randomly.
If you want her to feel appreciated, leave post it notes around the house for her to find with nice little messages on them. I don't know what to write on them, i forget.
