Get a refurbished Dell or Acer laptop. Something that should only cost you around $200. Wipe the OS partition and install Linux or a preactivated bootleg of Windows 7. Install Libre Office, it's free and you can read and create pdf files. Libre Office has pretty much everything that Microsoft Office has but without needing registration or having to pay for it.

Oh, and don't ever bother telling ZOGbot management what you use today, they'll gripe and complain and squeal like pigs when you don't suck Microsoft's cock.

Even France and Germany are dumping Microslop today. Linux and open source software is definitely the future. If you still need Microslop just go with the free debloated bootlegs. I would recommend having a small DVD binder full of various bootable ISOs of Linux distros and other preactivated bootlegs, perhaps some data discs full of your favorite software too. From what I've heard Russia is pretty strict. They will grant you citizenship but they will be keeping watch of you, overtly or covertly. if it was that easy i would just take some old thinkpad i have around, take out the screen, add my screen in a frankenstein way but the problem is that this is using too much power.

when the monitor literally draws 0,5 watt while other monitors draw 5-10 watt, i am not gonna just use some old thinkpad that runs at ~25watt and then have the total poweroutputbe 25,5watt. that's silly.

i want to pair it with something that is as ridiculously power-efficient so i can power the whole thing of any powerbank regardless how weak. a computer so low in energy consumption i never feel like wasting electricity when just leaving it on all day. that way i could stop using smartphone alltogether most days and i believe smartphone to be shit.

25 watts is not that much power. Hear me out. With a 2TB magnetic laptop drive costing around $120 today you could load that laptop full of e-books and compatibility software to use them even when completely offline. You could run that kind of cheap refurbished laptop off any 12V battery and cheap 250W inverter for 24 hours before having to recharge the 12V battery. The 12V battery will cost you more than a power inverter, get a solar trickle charger for it and you can charge the 12V battery with sunlight. If you have 2x 12 batteries you can rotate them, charging one and using the other in the meantime. That's what I'd consider doing if I were you.
